DESCRIPTION:Join healthcare and community partners for a day of engagement and insight at the 2026 NVERS Regional Healthcare Coalition Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) and interaction regional coalition exercise. \n\n\nSession 1: October 9\, 2026 (Fairfax) \n\n\nSession 2: October 12\, 2026 (Fredericksburg) \n\n\nSession 3: October 19\, 2026 (Harrisonburg) \n\n\nSession 4: November 2\, 2026 (Charlottesville) \n\n\nMorning: Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nThe healthcare coalition’s Regional Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) is reviewed annually to identify the top risks facing our region’s healthcare sector. In this session\, we will discuss the 2025 Regional HVA and identify updates based on the current threat landscape\, regional responses\, changes in regional assets\, and other factors. The updated 2026 Regional HVA will guide planning and training priorities for the year ahead. \nWorking Lunch 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM\nAfternoon: Regional Coalition Exercise 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM\nRather than a traditional tabletop exercise\, this year’s partners will work through a more interactive\, scenario-driven exercise.  Navigate a dynamic incident and test your organization’s response alongside coalition partners\, each facing unique challenges\, in real time.
